Terms and Conditions

To book a seat on our tour all guests  must agree to the following terms:

I agree to abide by the  consumption laws of Yavapai county,  No drinking on tour bus while moving (open container law)

 NO WEAPONS, (including pepper spray)

Guests, Age of 21+ years old to join  group tours

 Ada, service  animals must follow Az 

 ADA compliance,  No emotional support Pets allowed on group tours

**We do allow well behaved Dogs  and guests under 21 years of age on Private Tours **

Refunds and Cancellations

Most cancellations within 24 hours of tour start time will incur 50% service ($54.50 -$84.50) per seat

All refunds will incur a cancellation  service fee of $25 (for credit card reversal fees)
