Terms and Conditions

To book a seat on our tour all guests  must agree to the following terms:

You agree to abide by the  consumption laws of Yavapai county,  No drinking on tour bus while moving (open container law)

NO SMOKING ON THE BUS PLEASE 

 NO WEAPONS, (including pepper spray)

Guests, Age of 21+ years old to join  group 

No Pets  Allowed on Group Tours 

We love our fur babies, but other guests may have allergies…

**We do allow well behaved Dogs  and guests under 21 years of age on Private Tours **

Refunds and Cancellations

Any reservations made are final and cannot be refunded once booked however, we understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with the flexibility you need. If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, rest assured that you will receive a gift card for future use on our tours. 

No cash refunds will be offered typically . We value your business and patronage.

 Out of state bookings  for Bachelorette groups may have the ability to receive a refund under certain circumstances, please call the office directly.

LIABILITY

We assume zero liability for you as you are  drinking alcohol . Please drink responsibly and remember you  will be walking on uneven surfaces & getting on and off our bus. We ask that you  please use the handrail and take your time.  We purposely only visit 3 Vineyards to avoid over consumption.  We want you to enjoy your day, we are not a party bus.
