Wine Tour Policy Agreement

We want everyone here today to have a fun memorable experience.
This begins with you and your understanding we are in a group setting  and need to respect the tasting room employees and our Tour drivers. We have created plenty of time in our schedule to enjoy each vineyard for over an hour. 

We do Not allow any weapons or smoking on board our tour bus; this includes vaping.  We do not typically  allow anyone under the age of 21 on our group tours.

This is an adult excursion including alcohol

Private tours welcome guests of all ages.

REFUNDS: 

Any reservations made are final and cannot be refunded once booked however, We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with the flexibility you need. If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, rest assured that you will receive a gift card for future use on our tours. 

No cash refunds will be offered for any reason. We value your business and patronage, and hope that in the event of a cancellation, we can serve you at a later date.

We do not assume any liabilities for guests while walking throughout the tour. We ask that you please wear reasonable shoes for walking on dirt and gravel. 

Our goal is to have a great day of wine tasting,  enjoy the views of the Verde Valley and make sure everyone on tour has a good time. We are not a party bus catering to drunkenness. 

To insure this, 

We reserve the right to refuse guests that are visibly under the influence of  excessive drugs or alcohol upon beginning of tour time .
